Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

    • Original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories (if any) must be intact

    • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

⚠️ Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or mishandling will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit, depending on availability and customer preference

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
