  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via call or WhatsApp may be required before dispatch.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

  • International shipping is not available at this time (unless otherwise stated).

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer due to courier service limitations.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may result in order restrictions for future purchases.

Courier Services

  • Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier companies.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp where available.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier companies after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping costs for returned parcels due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s tracking link provided.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Shipping details cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order
